Shipping:

We can ship our products to almost any country in the world. Please note that certain restrictions apply to certain products and they cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on our availability and the receipt of the figurines. Please also note that shipping costs for multiple figurines are based on their total weight. All orders are shipped via registered mail and require a signature upon receipt.

Shipping and Returns:

The figurines will be carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transportation. However, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package and its contents upon arrival, nor the conditions of transportation. We recommend using the UPS service for shipping, unless the customer expressly requests another carrier. In the event of damage during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to seek compensation from the freight service. We will of course provide all the necessary information to assist you in this process. All packages come with online tracking, which you will be notified of when your order is shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it is not signed for or collected in time, the customer will be responsible for all repackaging and/or reshipping fees. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, etc. when shipping and receiving packages to and from Tabletop Plus Miniature. We are not responsible for delays, missing, lost, or damaged packages. Any package shipped to Tabletop Plus Miniature from outside the European Union, with a declared total value exceeding 50 EUR (or its equivalent), may incur customs fees and/or other charges, which are solely the customer's responsibility.

Before shipping, we will send you photos of the figurines as well as their packaging in the package to request your validation. Please note that we do not accept any returns or refunds once the service has been completed. Priorities and Order Cancellation: In the event of order cancellation before the shipment of the figurines, only the reservation fee will be retained. In the event of cancellation during order processing, we reserve the right to keep the already painted or assembled figurines if the customer refuses to pay for the already completed service. Unpainted and unassembled figurines may be returned to the customer at no additional cost, however, transportation fees will be at the customer's expense. If no response or satisfactory solution is provided within one month regarding a dispute, we will consider it closed and reserve the right to keep the full amount of the order.

If, in the sole discretion of Tabletop Plus Miniature, the customer fails to comply with these terms and conditions, Tabletop Plus Miniature may terminate these terms and conditions without notice and deny access to the Site.

Placing an Order:

To place an order or for any questions, the customer must contact Tabletop Plus Miniature via the "Contact Us" page. Once the painting decision and quote are made, Tabletop Plus Miniature will request a deposit representing 25% of the total order amount (excluding shipping costs) to reserve a painting slot. The customer will have 15 days or an agreed-upon date to make the deposit payment, otherwise Tabletop Plus Miniature will cancel the request. If the customer wants Tabletop Plus Miniature to handle the purchase of the miniatures, the corresponding amount will be added to the deposit and included in the quote. An invoice will be provided to confirm the order of the miniatures. The shipping of the miniatures is the responsibility of the customer, as well as their conditions upon arrival. Only unpainted and unassembled miniatures are accepted, unless agreed upon by both parties. In order to limit large amounts, a payment of 25% will be requested at mid-project, and the remaining 50% will be requested upon completion and approval of the project.

Products and Services:

Tabletop Plus Miniature is not responsible for the quality, availability, and/or accuracy of products acquired from third parties. Tabletop Plus Miniature's liability is limited to its painting services and not the production of the final products. All products acquired by Tabletop Plus Miniature are authentic and not fraudulent or pirated copies. However, we are not responsible for the illegal activities of third parties of which we are unaware. The customer will receive invoices for the purchased miniatures.

Service Validation:

Before shipping, the services provided by Tabletop Plus Miniature must be approved by the client. Approvals and disapprovals must be communicated in writing via email within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email containing digital photos of the ordered products. Tabletop Plus Miniature is not responsible if the confirmation email does not reach its destination due to inaccuracies or issues with servers or internet service providers. Once a product is confirmed, the client waives their right to disapprove of the services provided. Any rejected product must be accompanied by clear reasons for rectification and a new approval. If no reasons are provided within 48 hours of the initial rejection, the status of the miniature will automatically be restored. Miniatures cannot be rejected for assembly issues.

Changes and Modifications:

In the case of assembly or painting errors, Tabletop Plus Miniature will rectify these errors free of charge according to the client's initial instructions. Any other instruction or modification requested by the client that was not provided at the time of purchase may result in additional fees of 15 EUR per hour of work. All changes must be clearly defined, and the amount due for the changes/modifications must be paid in full and in advance. Tabletop Plus Miniature reserves the right to refuse modifications that were not initially requested.

Service Quality:

Products will be painted according to the quality offered by Tabletop Plus Miniature. The painting quality provided on our website is accepted by clients by agreeing to the terms and conditions. We use advanced painting techniques and tools such as blending, airbrushing, freehand work, decals, etc. to bring miniatures to life. Pre-sculpted resin bases or decals not included in the boxes are permitted, however their cost will be borne by the client and may incur additional work depending on the task required. For example, painting a highly detailed base will require more work than a standard base. These decisions will be discussed during the client's order.

Note:

Client input is crucial to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Tabletop Plus Miniature reserves the right to accurately judge whether a product has been painted with appropriate quality considering our expertise

Payment and Refunds:

We currently accept payments through PayPal and bank transfer. PayPal payments are accepted in various currencies and by credit cards. Bank transfers can only be made in euros and must be deposited directly into our account. If you would like to use an alternative payment method, please contact us to verify its feasibility. All payments must be made at the specified times. Completed orders are non-refundable. Bank transfer fees for payments or refunds are the responsibility of the client.
